Switch tiles are the wooden tiles with an arrow, found where a path forks. Tap one to turn it, and every Muddle that reaches it follows the road the arrow points to.

• Before the first wave and between waves, switches turn for free as often as you like.
• During a wave, a switch needs 5 seconds to cool down after each turn.
• Tip: send Muddles down the longest road that passes your squad, and switch back when a flyer or boss shows up.

Tap an empty grass tile to open the build menu and pick a hero from your squad (up to six heroes per level). Tap a hero on the map to upgrade it. Each hero has three upgrade tiers, then you choose one of two paths for its fourth tier. You can also sell a hero, or open its card to see what it does and which Noodle game it comes from.

Pebble is the only hero that stands on the path itself. Tap a path tile to send Pip there.

You guard 20 pies in every level. Finish with 18 or more pies for three stars, 10 or more for two stars, or any pies left for one star. Each challenge you beat adds one more star.

Stars are spent in the talent tree, so replaying a level for a better result always helps.

After you win a level, two challenges open for it:

• Squad of 3: win using only three heroes.
• Iron Pie: you have just one pie, and switches stay locked while a wave is on.

Each challenge earns one bonus star.

There is a new Daily Siege every day, and every player gets the same one. It changes at midnight UTC, which may be evening or early morning where you live. The siege is built on your device from the date, so it works offline and nothing is sent anywhere.

Every world has an Endless road. Waves keep coming, growing tougher, until your last pie is taken. Your best wave for each world is saved on your device.

Pip walks to any path tile you tap. He earns experience as you play: at level 3 he learns Acorn Rain, and at level 6 the Plan B whistle.

Open Settings and choose Reset progress. This erases your stars, levels, talents, Pip's level and bestiary on this device and can't be undone. In the browser version, clearing this site's data in your browser settings also erases your progress.

Open Settings and pick a language. The game speaks English, Español, Português (BR), Français, Deutsch, हिन्दी and Bahasa Indonesia.

Yes, it works offline, and it is completely free: no ads, no in-app purchases and no accounts. The browser version also works offline once it has loaded.
